Questions
Will my coaches find it hard to learn?
No. The screens are simple and each role only sees what it needs, so there's no big learning curve. Key staff screens also work in Thai and Burmese.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. It works on any phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install from an app store: open the link and add it to the home screen.
Is my members' data private?
Yes. Each gym gets its own private database, completely separate from every other gym. No other gym can see your members, prices or numbers, and we never share or sell your data. Inside your gym, staff only see what their role needs, and everything is backed up every night.
Which payments can it take?
Cash at the desk, card payment links, and PromptPay QR in Thailand. Members can also pay in their own app.
Can I use only some of it?
Yes. We switch off what you don't need, so a gym without rooms won't see stays or housekeeping.
Can you move my existing members across?
Yes. Send us your current list and we'll bring in your members, packages and what they have left.
Is the AI included?
The AI tools are an optional add-on: making web pages from a description, writing social media posts from your photos, and reading receipts. Everything else works without them, and you can add them any time.
